1. THE CUSTOMER UNDERTAKES TO:
✦ Give all required details in a clear manner, such as giving references, descriptions or any extras for your service.
✦ You must guarantee that the reference materials were obtained legitimately from me, and you are authorizing the Artist for use within the assignment.
✦ You must have clear and stable communication with the Artist and be solely responsible for authorizing the process of your assignment.2. THE ARTIST UNDERTAKES TO:✦ Guarantee that no extensive use will be made of unauthorized materials.
✦ Use for service (software, physical tools) in a legitimate, commercially licensed or royalty-free manner.
✦ To give the customer as much clarity as possible within its process, as well as answer as many questions as possible.
✦ Clarify all details with the client before starting the service.The artist may refuse projects in case he/she is not comfortable with it.3. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS✦The Artist will not create content that is explicit, offensive or inappropriate. Specific restrictions include: Mecha, furry, excessive musculature, NSFW content that includes problematic interactions.✦In case one of these restrictions appears in the order in a non-direct way, ask the Artist, to avoid misunderstandings, and clarify if the Artist is willing to do so.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY PROCESS✦ Dates depend on the complexity of the assignment and the existing workload.
✦The client must verify the time availability according to the Artist's dates (Enter the QUEUE).
✦All jobs are delivered by e-mail or drive if necessary.
✦The Artist undertakes to notify the client in case of having to adjust dates or having a delay in delivery. Probable reasons for delay: breakdown of work tools, physical or mental health problems, unavoidable meeting, death or bereavement of family condition or any reason of force majeure that makes it impossible to deliver on the stipulated date.
The customer is entitled to a refund in case the work is not delivered on the agreed date and a new date is not rescheduled.5. REVISIONS✦Major modification is allowed within the sketching process.
✦The Client must be clear and communicate the required changes at the appropriate time. Failure to do so, and requesting the change when the Work has already been delivered, the Artist may decide whether to make the changes and the monetary equivalent if he/she decides to make them.
✦If the change is made when the Work is at the Flat stage or at Final, a charge consistent with the change will apply.
✦Remember that modifications may affect the delivery date.6. COMMUNICATION✦Throughout the whole process a constant communication of the work will be carried out, as well as its progress using photos.
✦Communication will be done preferably by Instagram, Discord or failing that, email.
✦If the client does not reply within 1 week, the Artist has the right to interrupt the service indefinitely and withhold payment.
✦If the Artist discontinues communication, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
✦In case the communication is interrupted due to a force majeure issue, the affected party will reestablish the communication as soon as possible to reach an agreement.7. COPYRIGTH
✦The artist has copyright, ownership, redistribution, intellectual property rights including exhibition, advertising, publication on social networks, carrd and other public streaming channels (Twich, Youtube).7.1✦The customer has exclusive and non-transferable right to use the work for personal use (7.2).
✦Within the personal use includes: use in social networks for non-commercial purposes (profile image, post); printing and framing in personal spaces. To clarify the work may NOT generate any type of monetary remuneration.
✦The client cannot claim the work as their own and agrees to credit the Artist using a tag, either username or link, the moment the work is used.
✦The Client may not modify the Work in any way without explicit permission.7.2✦Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the final project fee as agreed.
✦Commercial use is understood as broadcasting the Final Work, deriving monetary income, sale or resale from it.
✦It is prohibited to use the work to train artificial intelligences (AI) of any kind, as well as NFT or Blockclain platforms.
✦Additional costs for commercial use would be required if not included.8. PAYMENT AND FEES✦The client must pay 100% of the service before starting the process. In previously agreed cases, the payment will be divided in two parts (50% in advance and 50% remaining after the 2 update).
✦Full payment will be made by PayPal.
✦The payment link will be sent to the client when both parties have agreed on the project details.
✦The client must clarify if an invoice is required, in case of not specifying it is not Artista's responsibility to make it.
✦Prices may vary or change depending on complexity.
✦The Client must be aware that the final work is digital and not any physical good.
✦Customer warrants that it will not issue chargebacks and will follow the refund policy below:9. CANCELLATION REFUND✦In case of cancellation of the purchase, the Customer can only request a partial refund within the first 2 days before the start of the order.
✦Once the Artist starts the process, the Customer may not request a refund.
✦If the Artist fails to comply with the previous assurances, the Client may request a full refund.10. CONFIDENTIALITY.✦The Client and the Artist acknowledge that neither party will make information or materials provided during the assignment (personal information, technical information, commercial information, payment information, etc.) visible to the public.11. ACCEPTANCE.✦The customer assures that he/she is of legal age or has the legal capacity to accept these terms. In case of being a minor, he/she assures to have a legal guardian who accepts these terms.
✦This agreement shall become effective upon the Client's first communication with the Artist.

Do you accept any other currency or form of payment?
No, I do not accept any other currency. I mostly use Paypal. But if you are from Mexico, I can make an exception, if necessary.Do you accept partial payments?It depends, if the price of the order exceeds $50USD in normal orders I can consider it, in orders that exceed 100USD/200USD and in very specific cases I can give way to partial payments (50%) to be made in advance.Can I use my order to design commercial products?
In case you have paid the Commercial Law, yes.Can I resell my order as an adoptable, or use it as a reference for a 2D or Png model?No, selling it as adoptable breaches the prior agreement to which the customer commits in case of non-payment of the Commercial Right. As for using it as a reference, neither. My explicit authorization is required.
